Delete Your Account — Nihongo Mock Test

Option 1 — Delete it yourself, in the app (fastest)

Open Nihongo Mock Test and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings → Security.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately — no waiting period.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll delete it for you.

Please include the email address you signed up with, so we can find and verify your account. We aim to process deletion requests within [X] business days.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, and profile information
Your device identifiers linked to your account
Your saved bookmarks and in-progress data
Your ability to sign back in with this account

Retained after deletion: your past mock test results and certificates may be kept for academic record-keeping purposes, but are de-identified and no longer linked to you or usable to identify or contact you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
